Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written quote describing pages, features, revision rounds, and timeline. Work outside that description is quoted separately.
Payments
Most projects require a deposit before work begins, milestone payments when applicable, and final payment before launch. Monthly care plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide content, photos, and feedback in a reasonable timeframe, and confirm they have the right to use any material supplied.
Ownership and accounts
Clients should own their domain, hosting, and related accounts. On final payment, the delivered website content and design are the client's to use.
Results and guarantees
Websites are built on a solid technical and local SEO foundation. No search ranking, traffic level, or sales result is guaranteed.
